This notice explains, under Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK No. 6698), what personal data Yerine processes, why, and your rights.

What we process
- Contact form data — name, e-mail and your message, only when you voluntarily submit the form.
- Anonymous usage statistics — via our self-hosted, cookieless Umami analytics. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no personal profiles.
Purposes & legal basis
- To answer your request — legal basis: your explicit consent / performance of the contact you initiate (KVKK Art. 5).
- To operate and improve the service — legal basis: our legitimate interest, using only anonymous statistics (KVKK Art. 5/2-f).
Sharing & transfer
We do not sell your data and do not share it with advertisers. Data may only be disclosed to authorised public bodies where required by law.
Retention
Contact-form data is kept only as long as needed to handle your request, then deleted. Usage statistics are anonymous and not tied to you.
Cookies
Yerine does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our analytics is cookieless.
Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)
You may request to learn whether your data is processed, access it, have it corrected or deleted, object to processing, and the other rights listed in Article 11 of the KVKK. To exercise them, write to [email protected].
